Music students in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, with British friends
The best way to learn about Chinese Culture is to experience it first hand. We make regular trips to China and not the usual package tour! Our trips can be tailored to suit the requirements of those on the tour, maybe you want to do some painting, see some opera or even to learn some Tai Chi!

Since 2001 Sue Johnson has been arrangeing trips to China for sightseeing, Tai chi and Chinese Culture. Students from the British Chen Style tai Chi College have made trips to train at the Man Lian Club in Lianyungang. We have visited acupuncture clinics and even tried some! We have visited museums and had some wonderful opportunites to meet with artists and musicians. Contact us if you would like to join our next trip.
Chinese cuisine is both varied and delicious but a visit to Beijing is not complete without trying Beijing Duck.
Beijing Duck at Beijing's most famous restaurant, the Quanjude, is a meal to remember!
The Quanjude was established in 1864, the third year of Tongzhi, in the Qing dynasty. Since 1864 the restaurant has been serving roast duck daily and to the highest standard. Not to be missed if you visit Beijing!
To visit China you must have an entry visa. This can be arranged through your tour operator or by yourself. For visa requirements check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. www.chinese-embassy.org.uk/eng/
